This forum has a bit tough rules. It may be a bit easier if you indicate the estimated price that you are ready to pay for the knife and your payment method + if you are ready to pay for the delivery + if you are ready to take the risks related to shipment (customs, postage etc.). My feeling that overall amount will be about 420 - 450 Euro.
Please also be ready that you'll be asked for 100% prepayment - this is local business practice.
PS. I do not have the knife, but ready to help with "only Russian" speaking persons.
PPS. May be you should consider an option of writing directly to Shirogorov. I know they are not taking orders anymore, but they try to expand the market and possibly may make an exception for you.

To speak the truth I very rarely see here this knife within your budget, at least at the moment there is none in trading, and knives of this producer are very popular, so they require regular monitoring.
Plus taking into the account Paypal's return policies and risks of returns/loss (according to Russian postage rules knifes are almost prohibited for sending), I doubt someone will agree to these terms (but still there is a chance).

The problem is that all of the Tabargan's at this site are not available + the info is outdated - even producer's prices are already higher than they were before.
In fact the situation is that even in Russia you can get a Shirogorov knife without overprice (which is usually high as the market's demand is much higher than production at the moment) only from Shirogorov directly or if you manage to find a rare proposal. Getting a knife from Shirogorov is also not a simple thing: you should either purchase from their site (they put there some knifes for sale from time to time) or visit their stand at a knife exhibition. Such exhibition will soon happen in Moscow (4 April - 7 April), and in case you are not lucky enough to visit it on first day, you may only wait for another exhibition (this year I am not lucky enough 😞 ).
