Верхняя это ж USMC Combat Desert Jacket, на ибее по 200уе продают.

А можно узнать, на какие условия она разработана? Климат, температура и т.п?

Вроде разрабатывалась для пустынь (в пустынном цвете только и бывает), но там такая смесь материалов, что наверное можно много где использовать.
