Собственно вопрос: пропустит ли официально в посылке наша родная таможня ударно спусковой механизм(ну, например, к РЕМу)?

Сейчас таможня от околооружейной "темы" шарахается, как от проказы. Я бы не рисковал.

International Priority Mail Tracking number does not help with final delivery.
If you do not receive product, then you go to Paypal for refund and
even though we have proof that we shipped it, Paypal will issue you a refund and charge it back to us.
We lost cost of trigger and shipping cost.
We have already issued refund to your Paypal account.
Over the last 3 years we have lost over a $1000 on Ukraine shipments.
