Не совсем, скорее как RCBS ChargeMaster, только дешевле.
Работал таким.
Первый покупал в 2010.году. до сих пор работает.
Второй аппарат покупал в 2014. Сдохли — сначала вес разный показивал, а потом дим пошел.
