ABOUT ME;
Retired, 27 1/2 Peace officer, 22 1/2 years SWAT, US Military various services 1978-2011 (active duty active reserves inactive reserve.)
State of California Peace officer honorably retired 27 ½ years of service. Assigned to SWAT for over 22 ½ years as team member, sniper detachment leader, Team leader and Master trainer of SWAT state of California. I still advise for multiple professional organizations (both private and US government). Earned numerous commendations, awards and accolades from the US, Foreign friendly nations, Police chiefs and Sheriffs (both Peace-time and Combat awards). Served on the advisory board and chair person for the "NTOA" and numerous other professional groups. I'm also a published author and continue to write for several publications. I'm a former US Marine and US Army SNCO. Served with US Army SOF (both active and reserve) and in total has over 20 years of military service. Multiple overseas tours / deployments of duty with the USMC and the US Army. Combat operations with US and foreign Special Forces units who include the French 'Commandos Hubert' as well as the Dutch Special Forces. NTOA MEMBER # 995 SFA MEMBER # A-3863.
