JB. http://laserhunt.ru/index.php?manufacturers_id=118&sort=2a&page=3&osCsid=cec931e2b758ee58681094027cda1f54

msark

msark

BGH

msark

Vereinigte Filzfabriken Longwitz HarDia Werkzeuge
Aktiengesellschaft Sport-Shooting-Technic
Bore Cleaning Compound Blue - for cleaning, restoration and preservation of gun bores.
Contains micro-fine metal oxide polishing grain, mild to barrel steel.
No aggressive or harmful chemicals, environmental friendly.
removes corrosion, non-ferrous metal, plastic and powder fouling.
Non-embedding, completely removable - oil dissolvable.
The bore-cleaning compound blue to be applied mainly in that section of the bore where metal jacketing mostly occurs, i.e. the first third following the chamber of firearms, resp. the choke area of the shotguns.
Instruction - firearms
Use superintensive felt wads and compound blue to restore shooting accuracy.
The fitting calibre size felt-wad is used to ensure the bore-cleaning compound blue attains the correct pressure in the bore, by screwing the felt wad clockwise after inserting it into the bore.
Cover the felt element around its circumference with just a thin coat of compound blue, enough to saturate the felt wad. Enter the felt element with compound blue from the accessible chamber or muzzle into the bore by means of a cleaning rod and remove sediments by push - pull movements. The compound blue is absorbed and kept in the porous surface of the elastic felt element, the bore surface is freed from sediments due to the friction pressure as the compound is distributed precisely on to the sections into the bore where sediment or corrosion is expected. Repeat this procedure with new felt elements and compound blue, if necessary. Then wipe the whole bore length a few times with light gun-oil and clean out loose sediments. Finally, we do recommend that you cover the bore inside-outside with a film of teflon based grease. The barrel is now preserved and in water-repellent condition.
When cleaning bolt-action rifles or break-neck shotguns, a wipe length stopper (items 960 resp. 961) is a useful accessory for this job, as it will centralize and prevent the felt wad from leaving the muzzle. Preparing your bore for shooting again soak felt cleaners with oil and wipe the entire bore length and chamber seve?ral times. Repeat this procedure with clean soft felt wads until all grease-residues have been removed completely.
Note! The barrel inner-surface after cleaning with compound blue - although shiny looking - is now pure steel with opened micro pores. The gliding ability of the steel is consequently reduced; similar as this is the case with new unused weapons. The Teflon treatment will fill these pores and will remain after the excessive grease is removed. Friction is reduced and new metal-jacked build up will be prolonged, your firearm is now restored to highest accu?racy from the first shots onwards. Good gliding products for example are: LUPUS - PTFE High Tech Weapon-grease / oil
Attention: do not use cleaning compound blue on gun blue - in case of accidental contact compound with gun blue, wipe off gently. The compound blue is not aggressive and has no lasting characteristics by itself. Consequently, gun blue damage will only occur when the compound is moved under pressure.
