The Supreme Court is preparing to hear a gun rights case that could lead to more guns on the streets of New York and Los Angeles and threaten restrictions on guns in subways, airports, bars, churches, schools and other places where people gather.

ИМХО, без stand your ground law это все - слону дробина. А об этом никто чета вообще не заикается.

Угу...лучше хоть что-то...если проканает. Можно помечтать и о stand your ground law и о ресипросити по всем штатам...мечтать- оно не вредно.

The Supreme Court's questioning during oral arguments in a New York gun rights case showed that several justices have strong reservations about the state's highly restrictive regulations for getting concealed carry permits.

The case, New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen, is potentially the biggest gun rights case to go before the high court in more than a decade.
